Important Hosting Invoices Update From Go-Mama

Please be informed of some important developments at Go-Mama-Hosting.

We are currently in the process of transitioning to a completely new and improved billing system. When the changes are completed, you will see a new accounts area, new invoices and even a whole new site at Go-Mama-Hosting.com

We are excited about the changes and are sure that you will enjoy the new systems when they are complete, and will appreciate the new options they will offer you.

However, we wish to let you know that during the period of transition, you may see some duplicate invoices, generated from the new billing software. You will know these as separate from the old format ones as they look very different and use the name “GM-Innovations.com” rather than Go-Mama-Hosting.

We are sorry for any confusion the duplications may cause, but unfortunately they are unavoidable. We just wanted to forewarn you that you might see them, and that you can safely ignore them. Please do not be concerned. Invoices showing as from 'Go-Mama-Hosting' are the valid, payable invoices - please go ahead and pay these as normal:

Invoices from GM-Innovations: can be ignored until we notify you the changes are complete.
Invoices from Go-Mama-Hosting: should be paid as usual until we notify you the changes are complete.

When the changeover has been complete, we will contact you again, to formally announce the new systems and let you know any information you may need.
